Service Manager

Blue Mountain Honda is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a proven track record in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for the daily operations of the service department

·       Maintain efficiencies throughout all areas of the department

·       Ensure customer satisfaction and retention levels exceed manufacturer’s benchmarks

·       Nurture a customer-focused environment and addressing customer’s concerns professionally and promptly

·       Forecast individual and departmental goals and objectives including sales, gross, expenses, CSI and retention.

·       Monitor work process and quality of technicians

·       Develop a strong working relationship with the parts department maximizing efficiencies through both departments

·       Oversee warranty administration, ensuring prompt and correct claims processing while maintaining the dealership’s highest warranty designation.

·       Establish a strong relationship with the manufacturer, encouraging and promoting all dealership related initiatives.

·       Maintain a safe work environment, following federal and provincial compliance



·       A minimum of 2 years experience in service management

·       Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office

·       Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is an asset

·        Strong operational leadership abilities

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with clean driver’s abstract

·       Honda experience is considered an asset
