Sales Representative

Leggat Auto Group is seeking Dynamic Sales Representatives to join their dealership teams!

The successful candidates will be capable and responsible for facilitating selling of used and new cars using various digitally applications to engage the customer as well, but not limited to, our instore showrooms.

As a sales representative you are digitally savvy,  adaptable and flexible in how the customer choose to engage in the selling process.. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, as a Sales Representative your demonstrated success extends to your experience in building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceed targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Digitally engage with customers from introduction through to final sale
  • Qualify customers using all digital application tools available
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses and communicating effectively using creative digital applications driven by the customer.
  • Respond in writing and/or verbally based on client’s detail request.
  • Continuously learn product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.


Qualifications

  • Self starter, a desire to succeed and can adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated professional sales aptitude
  • Demonstrated digital mindset and digitally savvy
  • Creative, solution driven and understands the importance of being part of a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of response times and customer follow up end to end
  • Demonstrated skills and approach to customer qualifying with the objective to complete the sale
  • Utilizes all tools from mobile applications to CRM  to manage and measure success.

Required Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends

OMVIC Certified or will get OMVIC Certified

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Compensation

Salary plus bonus.
